Yes, Your Teen is Crazy!  by Michael Bradley (2003).

The neuroscience of the teen-age brain and how that plays into common teen behaviors.  Lots of positive reviews.  (audio CD available)

 

What About the Kids?  by Judith Wallerstein and Sandra Blakeslee (2004).  This is a well-regarded book about how to manage children during the divorce process.

How to Talk So Kids Will Listen & Listen So Kids Will Talk by Adele Faber and Elaine Mazlish (1982, newest edition, 2012)

This is a well-regarded parenting book.  It also discourages corporal punishment.  (audible available)

Everyday Blessings: The Inner Work of Mindful Parenting by Jon & Myla Kabat-Zinn   (no audible available)

Incorporates some mindfulness practices into parenting

 

Parent Effectiveness Training by Thomas Gordon (1962 originally, 2000 most recent edition)

This is the oldest book on the list.  However, it is very well reviewed and rooted in values consistent with being collaborative with children and supporting them as separate independent individuals.  (audible available)

Raising a Secure Child:  How Circle of Security Parenting Can Help Your Nurture Your Child's Attachment, Emotional Resilience, and Freedom to Explore by Kent Hoffman, et al. (2017)

This book has 3 sections.  The text, which explains the concepts behind the exercises in the book, and  curriculum for people who wish to teach the material to students.  A more challenging book than many on this list. No audible.

This book addresses what a person can do to live more beneficially in the world. It has an environmental focus. No audible available.

I Am The Word by Paul Selig

A guide to becoming a more authentic person and manifesting as a person aligned with Spirit. Audible available
