Professional fees are based upon the amount of professional time spent or reserved for the following counseling services:
Initial Evaluation Interview [Intake] (45-65 min.): ...............................................................  $125
Therapy Session; Individual, Couples, Family (45-50 min.): ..............................................  $105
This is a discount for self-pay, or out-of-pocket clients due to the reduction in paperwork. Ask about this when you contact Add Joy at 503-537-8435.

Extended Phone Calls (longer than 5 minutes): ................................................................  $ 50.00 per 15-minute block
Missed Appointment / Late Cancelation fee: .....................................................................  $ 75.00

Court or Legal Work:
If you require testifying in court, the fee is $800.00 per day, plus $300.00 per clock hour that the provider will be out of the office (including travel time).

While most sessions are scheduled for 45 - 50 minutes, at times a session may go longer, in which case the billing will be prorated for each additional 15-minute segment.
